WORLD CONNECT YEARLY HOSTING PLAN RENEWAL REFUND POLICY

Web Hosting Renewals - Your one-year contract is renewed automatically unless we are notified otherwise at least two weeks prior to the date your 1st year ends on. No refund can be given for the 1st month of hosting on a yearly plan as your domain name is renewed free of charge for a year. This refund policy is unfortunately essential to avoid cheaters.

Refund Policy ON ONE -YEAR HOSTING PACKAGES:

After the initial 30 days, any account may be cancelled and a refund will be given for the unused months of service. No partial-month refunds can be given. For example, if a one-year hosting plan after having been a customer for 6 months and 12 days, you will receive a refund for the unused 5-month period. However, if you received a discount or special offer (i.e. free domain name or two free months ) for accepting a longer-term plan, the months already billed will be charged at the full monthly price and any special offers (*see below for prices) will also be added to the remaining total. For example - if a one-year small business hosting plan customer paying 200.00 CAD after having been a customer for 9 months canceled our service. This would equal 9 x 20.00 per month (regular price per month) = 180.00 plus the cost of the domain name ( 20.00 ) the balance for a refund would be 0.

No partial-month refunds can be given. You can cancel any time.

CANCELLATIONS

For security reasons, all cancellations must be made through your client login. All other forms of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
